Nature of Service Provided

H&S Care & Medical Professionals intend to offer Domiciliary Care to Children 0-3, 4-12, 13-17 years of age, Adults 18-65 and over 65 that are tailored to meet each client’s individual needs enabling them to live independently in their own home.

We will provide bespoke Personal Care to the following Groups:

• Asperger syndrome disorder.
• Alzheimer.
• Dementia
• Mental Health
• Sensory impairment
• Frail and vulnerable adults
• Physical disability

• Sit-in Care Services. (day and night) 
• Sleep-In/ Night Time Care Service.
• Rehabilitation following hospital (reablement)
• Respite Care Services (cover for family/carer to take a break for a short period or round the clock)
• Escort and Companionship Services
• Palliative Care
